Bill Lemon

Founder & Managing Member

Mr. Lemon has over 25 years in the energy industry starting with Pacific Gas and Electric where he was a key contributor to the financial evaluation of the full spectrum of electric generation technologies, current and emerging. His role expanded to the commercialization of advanced technologies from PG&E's R&D labs, partnering with energy-related companies ranging in size from start-up to General Electric. He was later recruited by ConneXt (now part of by Alliance Data Systems), a provider of information technology products for the energy sector, where as the Senior Product Manager he led their efforts to identify the key technical and business implications of deregulation on energy IT. He oversaw the direction of nine products representing over $150 million in revenues and played a key role in the sale of the company. As founder of Bainbridge Venture Associates, Mr. Lemon delivered consulting services to clients evaluating energy-related investments, focusing on emerging business trends, addressable markets and prospective financial performance. Projects ranged from renewable generation to utility buy-outs. More recently, as Managing Director at Capital Access, LLC, he led the Strategic Advisory and Research practice providing new opportunity, merger and acquisition advice for domestic and international companies seeking higher return investments in the energy space. Mr. Lemon is a frequently requested speaker on new investment opportunities for the energy industry. Additionally, Mr. Lemon currently serves as a member of Standard & Poors Society of Industry Experts and the US Department of Energy's Geothermal Finance Working Group. He holds the NASD Series 24, 7 and 63 licenses. A two-time graduate of Stanford University, Mr. Lemon has a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters degree in Management.

Patrick Howard

Founder & Managing Member

Mr. Howard currently serves as Founder and Managing Member of EverGreen Pacific Capital, LLC, an investment banking and financial advisory firm. His responsibilities include business development, financial engineering, financial advisory, business consulting, municipal finance and project finance. Prior to starting EverGreen in 2006, Mr. Howard for five years headed the municipal housing practice at Seattle-Northwest Securities Corporation, the leading northwest municipal securities firm. Mr. Howard helped both establish and grow that firm's presence in affordable housing and commercial real estate bond finance, completing over $400 million in bond financings. He is highly experienced in all phases of the financing process including: writing purchase contracts for acquiring real estate property, analyzing financial information, developing sophisticated financial analytical computer models, assembling financing teams, handling all phases of due diligence, structuring both simple and complex bond financing structures, securing credit enhancement and/or bond ratings, pricing bond issues, preparing various bond related documents, and successfully closing transactions. Prior to joining Seattle Northwest Securities in 1997, Mr. Howard served two years as vice president of real estate acquisitions and development for Cobalt Properties, Inc. of Seattle, Washington, and five years as a bond ratings analyst for structured and public finance project bond financings for the Standard & Poor's Ratings Group in New York City. While at S&P Mr. Howard concluded rating assessments for the following sectors and security types: affordable housing, asset-backed securitizations, commercial and residential mortgage-backed securitizations, commercial real estate, health care, higher education, utilities, project finance, and municipal finance. Mr. Howard also has extensive development experience and is presently involved in several development projects that are utilizing “green” building technologies and renewable energy resources. A graduate of the University of San Francisco, where he served on the University Board of Governors as student body president, Mr. Howard also attended Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. Mr. Howard currently serves on the Board of the King County, Washington, Affordable Housing Credit Enhancement Review Committee and is a Director of Disaster Preparedness Systems, Inc. Mr. Howard holds Series 7, 52, 53 and 63 Securities Licenses, a Real Estate Sales License from the State of Washington, and a Private Pilot's License.
