EverGreen Pacific Capital provides structuring, financial advisory and placement services to developers, non-profits, businesses and governmental entities for their municipal bond financings. Through its relationships with institutional investors, high net worth investors and other investment banks, EverGreen Pacific Capital offers investment opportunities on behalf of its municipal clients.


Our municipal finance group is particularly focused on supporting the development financing requirements of our project finance and corporate finance clients. We seek to identify public finance vehicles and tax credit programs to provide funding for our investment banking clients at costs savings over those available in the private sector. We have expanded this thinking by innovating a new structure involving philanthropic financing tools. We have structured and placed bond offerings for a variety of credit types, provided advisory services to local housing authorities and developed State conduit bond financing strategies for economic development and industrial development opportunities.

 

We are presently working with Cascadia Equity Leasing to roll-out their innovative leasing program as a solution for residential housing, both current needs in helping with the recovery and transitioning families back into homeownership, and permanent positioning of Cascasdia's TRIO brand by working with Housing Authorities and other government agencies associated with housing and energy efficiency. At EverGreen Pacific Capital, we seek to identify and implement municipal finance strategies that solve problems. For instance, we have provided innovative structure solutions to our clients involving multifamily affordable housing under the United State Department of Agriculture Farmer's Home Administration 515 program that have enabled the preservation of affordable housing in rural communities. We have provided additional creative financing solutions to the affordable housing industry for workforce housing development, acquisitions and refinancings. We have worked with redevelopment agencies and community development authorities on economic development financings involving tax increment and assessment structures. We have introduced new technologies to the California Pollution Control Financing Authority leading to approvals to provide conduit issuance of municipal bonds for our client. These provide merely a flavor of municipal bond financings where EverGreen Pacific Capital has demonstrated its ability to successfully bring creative solutions to otherwise difficult situations.
